Mr. Faysal El-Khalil graduated from The American University of Beirut in 1969 with a degree in Political Studies. He joined the family trucking business in Nigeria. The same year after selling that business, he moved to Seven-Up Bottling Company PLC in 1975.

She also leads the financial services sector across Africa. She has over 30 years of professional experience providing advisory and consulting services to various private and public sector entities within and outside Nigeria.

Akintunde Oyebode

Akintunde Oyebode is a trained Economist, passionate about sustainable development, sustainable finance and youth unemployment. He began his career as a Research Assistant at the Lagos Business School, and spent over a decade in various banking roles with First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and Stanbic IBTC Bank.

Andrew Alli

Andrew Alli was once AFC’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the Corporation. The Executive Management under Andrew’s leadership has undertaken approximately US$4.5 billion in investments across Africa, financing transformative projects like a West African Submarine Cable, a commercial wind farm in Cape Verde, a toll road in South Africa, a greenfield power plant in Ghana and a flagship road infrastructure project in Côte d’Ivoire.

Adeola Adetunji

Office Manager

Adeola Adetunji is a Chemistry Graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University. Adeola joined Endeavor as an Administrator. Before she joined Endeavor in 2018, she has worked in Benin Electricity Distribution Company, Asaba where she served as the Logistics Officer where she supervised the administrative tasks in her unit.

She has also worked in the banking sector as an Enrollment Officer. Adeola loves exploring and taking up new and exciting tasks.

Derin Adebayo

ESG, Associate

Derin Adebayo joined Endeavor as an Associate in 2018. He graduated with a degree in Accounting from Babcock University in 2016 and spent the next few years working in a number of roles in the Nigerian tech sector, including at a startup, at an incubator and at an early stage VC firm. Derin has been fascinated about how to build large businesses in developing countries and writes a column for Stears on technology and business in Nigeria. When he’s not working you’re likely to find Derin reading a book, or trying to convince more people to get interested in yoga and eastern philosophy

Eloho Omame

Managing Director

Eloho Omame is a former investment banker and private equity investor. Before leaving to join Endeavor as pioneer Managing Director for Nigeria, she founded Amari, a proprietary firm focused on working with, and selectively investing in, early stage, innovation-driven companies in Nigeria.
